Pig Ate My Pizza is looking for a Friday- Sunday Dishwasher in Robbinsdale.
Hours are 4-10pm Fridays and Saturdays
4-9pm on Sundays
Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
Major Responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes in triple sink
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly
- Empty trash cans in the kitchen and dish area when full
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete closing duties including mopping
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Assist FOH team in clearing tables as needed
- Be present, on time, ready to work by your scheduled start time
- Create and maintain a positive and communicative relationships with coworkers
- Hygiene and uniform standards are met
- Engage with guests in an inviting and friendly manner
- Open door policy with management
- Represent and maintain culture standards of Travail Collective at work and outside of work

In 2019 we opened as Pig Ate My Pizza Kitchen + Brewery in a completely renovated space including our first-ever, brand-new small-batch brewery. Andy Goettsch, who was previously Chef de Cuisine at our sister restaurant Travail Kitchen and a homebrewer extraordinaire, became our Head Brewer and has since tapped hundreds of unique batches.
In January of 2022, we rebranded as Nouvelle Brewing by Travail so we could more heavily feature the brewing talents of Andy, as well as our creative chef team. We are Craft Malt Certified and a Certified Independent Craft Brewery. We source local hops, malt, and ingredients as much as possible.
Now in 2026, Pig Ate My Pizza is back!
We are a scratch kitchen focused on seasonal ingredients and have 23 rotating taps available for guests to enjoy.
