7 Diamond Builders is seeking a motivated, energetic, and goal-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping create an outstanding first impression while generating high-quality leads for roofing, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living, and home improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided lead lists.
- Qualify potential customers by asking targeted questions about their home improvement needs.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow company scripts while maintaining a natural, friendly, and professional conversation.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Maintain high daily call volumes while achieving appointment-setting goals.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone, text, and email when appropriate.
- Verify customer information, including address, phone number, email, and project details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and consistently represent the company with professionalism.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or call center operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer skills with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Experience in home improvement, roofing, construction, or remodeling industries is an advantage.
