Are you outgoing, driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right technology solutions? We're looking for energetic individuals to join our team as AT&T Retail Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them discover the latest wireless devices, internet services, and accessories while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive in-store experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.
- Demonstrate smartphones, tablets, accessories, and connected devices.
- Process new activations, upgrades, account maintenance, and equipment purchases.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
