About the Role
Leaf Home is looking for motivated, outgoing, and hard-working individuals to join our field canvassing team on Long Island.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and being part of a growing sales team. As a Field Canvasser, you will be responsible for speaking with homeowners, creating interest in our home improvement services, and helping set appointments for our sales team.
No advanced sales experience is required. If you have experience in customer service, retail, phone work, door-to-door, hospitality, appointment setting, or any type of sales environment, we want to speak with you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Canvasser, your role will include:
Speaking with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Introducing Leaf Home / LeafFilter products and services
Generating interest and setting appointments for free estimates
Representing the company in a professional, friendly, and respectful way
Working with a team to hit daily and weekly goals
Following assigned routes and canvassing areas
Answering basic homeowner questions and creating a positive first impression
Reporting results and communicating with team leaders

Any face-to-face sales experience
Pay & Growth
This position pays $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience, performance, and role fit.
