As a Product Marketing Specialist, you play a key role in turning roofing product strategies into successful marketing programs that drive contractor engagement, product awareness, and business growth. You serve as a connection point between Product Marketing, Sales, Central Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Agencies, and external partners to ensure campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives are executed effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with creative agencies and internal marketing teams to develop compelling messaging, creative assets, and campaign materials.
- Create and manage project briefs, timelines, and deliverables to keep marketing initiatives on track from concept through execution.
- Plan and execute industry tradeshows, contractor events, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Manage event logistics, marketing materials, displays, and promotional assets to ensure successful customer experiences.
- Support sales teams by developing and distributing sales tools, collateral, presentations, and customer-facing resources.
- Maintain and organize marketing content within digital asset management systems, ensuring materials remain accurate, current, and accessible.
- Coordinate photography projects and manage external vendors to build high-quality visual asset libraries for future marketing use.
- Monitor campaign and event effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen future marketing programs.
- Provide day-to-day support for business-critical product marketing initiatives, project planning, competitive research, and program coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, product marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with creative agencies, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others without direct authority.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and execution skills.
- Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or customer engagement activities preferred.
- Experience with digital asset management systems, content management platforms, or marketing technologies is a plus.
- Experience with digital design and marketing best practices is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
