Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education (Emergency permits not accepted)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special education needs
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 30 students across multiple community preschool settings
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality educational support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide itinerant special education services to preschool students within various community preschool locations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with preschool staff, families, and support professionals to optimize learning outcomes
- Utilize provided training and ongoing guidance to ensure consistency and effectiveness in instructional strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and regular communication about student progress
