Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at SKI Wholesale Beer Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts across our distribution network. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a premier distributor of fine beverages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to drive customer loyalty.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the beverage industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of account management and outside sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Familiarity with Eostar or other CRM software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
