Position Overview:
B&T USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including client billing, reconciliation, and various other transactional issues such as managing and updating customer information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Create reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.
- Analyze and processes accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the CFO and/or other staff.
- Reconcile various accounts monthly, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Controller.
- Collaborate with the Controller to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounting department as needed.
- Communicate with managers and other departments about any changes of information.
- Understand and ensure compliance with all regulations concerning the department.
- Follow procedures and communicates regularly with Controller regarding problems or issues that impact ability to do job.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
Required Education/Experience
- BA degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of FishBowl ERP software a plus.
- Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Job Type:
FT – Hourly
On-Site Monday to Friday. May be required to work extended hours when needed to meet workload.
Pay Rate:
$25.00 – $28.75 per hour
