Collective Montessori School Inc is an independent charter school created in order to provide children with an inclusive, diverse, authentic, and community-centered Montessori education. Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher for our Children’s House (ages 3 to 6) classroom to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.
Assisting with classroom management
Preparing teaching materials
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Experience preferred
Salary Range: $18-22/hour, based on experience
