Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales and growth initiatives across assigned territories and designated growth regions, with extensive travel to support high-value accounts, market expansion, and business development opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with executive-level physicians, nurse practitioners, sleep facilities, clinics, and key referral sources to grow existing accounts, expand referral opportunities, and develop new business partnerships.
- Partner with Sleep Sales Leadership and Sales Representatives to analyze sales and referral trends, identify growth opportunities, develop territory strategies, and execute action plans for high-value and high-growth accounts.
- Educate and advise referral sources and internal teams on VieMed’s sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services, referral processes, workflows, products, and service capabilities to increase utilization and strengthen the referral experience.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships, new business models, and referral processes, collaborating with Sales and Operations Leadership to ensure effective execution and resolve account or referral-related escalations.
- Provide strategic sales and account support, including account planning, territory routing, presentations and proposals, sales talk tracks, objection handling, role-play scenarios, and other initiatives designed to strengthen sales effectiveness and drive growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Sleep Sales Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or strategic account management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing physician referral relationships and strategic healthcare accounts.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively.
Work Environment:
- Extensive nationwide travel (approximately 70–75% or more yearly) is required.
