Duties
- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities, including setting up materials and organizing learning stations.

- Provide individualized attention to students with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or other developmental challenges.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols.

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on student progress and classroom events.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school, or similar settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, including Montessori or toddler care methodologies.
- Familiarity with special education practices, behavior management, and working with individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
- Ability to assist in lesson planning for literacy education, math activities, and curriculum development tailored to various age groups.
