Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PART TIME OR FULL TIME Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication disorders. You will work directly with children in a preschool settings.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide guidance and education to student, teachers, and their families regarding communication strategies.
- Document student progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
Skills
- Expertise in speech therapy techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments effectively.
- Familiarity with pediatric care practices, particularly in school settings.
- Knowledge of special education requirements.
