A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Project/Program Manager 4 in Meridian, ID. The Project/Program Manager 4 would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Project/Program Manager 4 Compensation
- The pay for this position is $45-$50 per hour Based on experience
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Project/Program Manager 4 Highlights
- This position is a 12-month contract assignment with potential to extend or convert based upon business needs, performance, and attendance
- The required schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- This position is 100% onsite in Meridian, ID
- The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience
- This role focuses on coordinating projects and portfolio intake across multiple business units rather than direct people management
Project/Program Manager 4 Responsibilities
- Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests
- Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs
- Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility
- Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking
- Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams
- Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests
- Gather, refine, and document business requirements
- Help standardize processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Manage multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities
- Work with experienced stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
Project/Program Manager 4 Requirements
- 5-10+ years of program or project management experience
- Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without direct reporting authority
- Strong business acumen and process-oriented thinking
- Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Meridian, ID
Project/Program Manager 4 Preferred Qualifications
- Supply chain, manufacturing, semiconductor, or operations experience
- Business process engineering or process improvement experience
- Experience working across business, process, and technology teams
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies/certifications
- Knowledge of automation, AI, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives
