As a Quality Test T echnician at our Medway, MA facility, you will p erform high-voltage electrical and leak testing on components and assemblies. Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards by following established procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting equipment upkeep . This role with report onsite 11 am - 7 pm.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently , and 10 lbs consistently.
Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$18.90 - $35.00 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
