We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and fabrication, with experience in operating CNC machinery. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Duties
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate components according to specifications.
- Utilize CAD software for programming and designing parts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary, including the use of bore gauges and hand tools for precise measurements.
- Conduct inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment.
- Familiarity with Mazatrol programming is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
