Location: Terrell, TX 75160
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime is mandatory when required.
Position Description:
Robotic Weld Programmer Level I
- Program mid to low complexity single-pass GMAW weldments on robotic welding systems
- Perform machine maintenance and replace welding consumables
- Inspect welded assemblies for quality and weld appearance
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, weld symbols, dimensions, tolerances, and notes
- Train Level I operators on welding procedures and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
Robotic Weld Programmer Level II
- Program high complexity multi-pass GMAW weldments on robotic welding systems
- Perform advanced machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Interpret complex assembly drawings and production specifications
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams on weld fixture design and process development
- Manage consumable inventory and support installation of new robotic welding systems
- Train operators and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience with robotic weld programming preferred
- Knowledge of GMAW welding processes and weld quality standards
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and production specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
