Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and support clients and their families through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, ensuring patient care standards are met.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes and conduct patient assessments to determine eligibility for services and establish treatment goals.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
