Position Highlights
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No On-Call Rotation Required!
- Located off I-70 for an easy commute from Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery Counties

Requirements
- Current Maryland RN License in good standing
- MDS Certification (RAC-CT) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MDS or RN Care Coordinator role
- Proficient understanding of Medicare PPS, Medicaid CMI, and Care Area Assessments
- Strong knowledge of long-term care documentation and nursing home regulations
