ROLE DESCRIPTION:
David M. Rom State Farm is looking to hire a highly motivated producer who is focused on the customer's needs. As a member of our SALES TEAM, you will work together to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals. You will be working directly with potential clients to develop a meaningful relationship to identify financial and insurance needs, providing products and education to meet those needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with policy applications.
- Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty License (Required)
- Life and Health License (Preferred)
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Sales Experience.
