Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Hands-On Maintenance Manager for a busy carpet manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX (75219).
We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment while overseeing the facility's maintenance needs. Experience with carpet manufacturing equipment, weaving machinery, dye tanks, or similar industrial production equipment is highly preferred.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $28.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Maintain and repair carpet manufacturing machinery, including weaving equipment and dye tanks (preferred).
- Perform maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and electrical systems.
- Inspect equipment and identify repair needs before failures occur.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and pipefitting as needed.
- Replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain maintenance logs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Order maintenance parts and supplies.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience maintaining industrial machinery is required.
- Experience with carpet manufacturing equipment, weaving machines, or dye systems is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.

- General mechanical repair
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
