Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice.
Attention to detail is paramount in this role! If you "just work here" this isn't the role for you.
Current hours in clinic are Monday-Thursday. The current full time position is 32-40 hrs depending on what tasks are being handled. Looking for one person, but open to having two part-time individuals depending on situation. The more you know and learn the quicker you can get to the top end of the pay scale.
Duties
- Greet our amazing patients warmly and assist them with scheduling, collecting money, follow-up and more.
- Maintain all information is up-to-date and accurate
- monitor treatment plans and insurance
- Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning and organizing equipment as needed.
- Manage scheduling of appointments to optimize patient flow.
- Answer text/phone patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and office policies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
- Manage patient billings and collect money.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong client/patient customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
