Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join a growing outpatient practice located near Orlando, Florida. This full-time position operates on a 5-day work week schedule with no inpatient duties or hospital rounds , offering an excellent work-life balance.
You will oversee a manageable patient load of 19–25 patients per day with full support from Advanced Practice Providers (PA / FNP), Medical Assistants, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, physical exams, and health assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
- Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, routine health screenings, and patient education.
- Perform minor outpatient procedures (e.g., suturing, biopsies, and therapeutic/cosmetic Botox).
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and coordinate care with specialists.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (MD or DO) .
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine .
- Strong clinical skills in adult primary care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, Outpatient only)
- Call: No hospital call / No inpatient responsibilities
