Our established jewelry store is seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator. This position supports daily store operations, customer communication, and the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media and marketing tasks. On the job training- no experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with daily store setup, organization, and operational support
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling
- Assist with email marketing, including the preparation and distribution of email blasts
- Develop creative marketing concepts to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Provide customer service support as needed, including assisting clients in-store
- Perform personal assistant duties for the owner as required
- Support general administrative and office tasks
- Interact with the store’s two friendly dogs; candidates must be comfortable around animals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
