The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Commercial Real Estate Broker who is ready to transition from a solo producer to a Team Architect. This is a hybrid role: you will drive your own personal production while simultaneously recruiting, mentoring, and scaling our in-house brokerage team.
Core Responsibilities
- Production & Lead Gen: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and networking to secure new listings and assignments for the Demetree portfolio and beyond.
- Operational Leadership: Design and implement the sales playbook, CRM workflows, and pitch standards for the brokerage division.
- Mentorship: Conduct weekly "war room" sessions to review deal structures and pipeline health for your team.
Who You Are
- The Closer: You have 3–5+ years of CRE experience (Retail, Industrial, or Office) and a documented history of production.
- The Coach: You find satisfaction in helping others and aren't afraid to lead by example.
- The Entrepreneur: You don’t want to just "have a job"—you want to build a business within a business.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Broker’s license highly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of the Central Florida market.
- Proficiency with CoStar, Crexi, and CRM management.
