Position Overview: Automotive Guest Representative
As an Automotive Guest Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Learn and present the latest Hyundai models, features, and technology
- Lead interactive test drives and highlight vehicle benefits
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Partner with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable buying experience
