Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of dealership sales management and operations.
- Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Support daily sales activities, including customer interactions and deal structuring.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales consultants.
- Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to improve results.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a superior buying experience.
- Assist with inventory management, vehicle merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Learn dealership finance and insurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership potential and desire to advance into management.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
