BBB is currently looking for two full-time team members who are integrity-driven and experienced within inside sales. These professionals will contact local qualified businesses throughout the territory, by phone, and invite them to become accredited with BBB. If you are an energetic person of honesty, ethics and integrity, if you possess a strong desire to achieve goals, then you may be the right fit to join our team in our Akron office!
Essential job requirements include:
- Inside sales experience
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic & dependable
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, strong research skills
- Commission driven to maximize your salary (uncapped)
- Ability to be on the phone all day delivering presentations in a pleasant and professional manner
Job Responsibilities:
- Making 80-100 new sales calls per day to businesses
- Discuss with businesses how BBB Accreditation can help businesses build a stronger marketplace in our community
- Attend monthly networking events
- Prescreening and verifying/updating business information in BBB database
- Recruiting qualified business to apply for accreditation by phone or online
- Using an ethical, strong and assumptive selling approach
- Some lead generation

Expectations
This is a full time inside sales position (no evenings or weekends) with a generous commission structure and base. Earning potential is unlimited!
