Supervise and manage multiple property maintenance crews to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Plan and schedule daily routes, assign work orders, and coordinate labor and equipment resources.

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality control standards across all accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients to ensure satisfaction.

Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and maintenance staff to support professional development.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and utilization of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

Monitor labor hours, materials, and project costs to achieve operational goals and budgets.

Assist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including storm response and crew coordination.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives within the maintenance division.

3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment operation, and property care standards.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Knowledge of pesticides, turf management, irrigation systems, and snow management operations is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $65,000$80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available.
