We are looking for polished, high-energy Guest Service Associates who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Position Summary
As a Guest Service Associate, you are the first and last impression of our center. You will create a welcoming environment while driving Wax Pass membership sales, rebooking, and retail performance.
Your ability to connect, educate, and confidently recommend services will directly impact both guest satisfaction and business results.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a professional, upbeat guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Build relationships through conversation and personalized recommendations
- Educate guests on memberships, promotions, and skincare products
- Drive sales, rebooking, and retail results
- Manage bookings and guest flow using our system (Zenoti)
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front desk environment
- Support your team and contribute to a positive center culture
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service or retail experience (sales preferred)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and KPIs
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Availability
- Evenings + weekends required (peak business hours)
