This is a hands-on quality leadership role within a medical device manufacturing environment. The QC Floor Lead oversees daily quality control activities on the production floor, supports QC inspectors, and serves as the primary quality resource for manufacturing teams. The position focuses on ensuring products meet FDA and ISO 13485 standards, reviewing production documentation, leading investigations into quality issues, and partnering with Manufacturing and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
