Overview
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want more than just a job — they want to build a career and eventually run a business.
Our General Manager in Training Program is a structured leadership development program designed to train future Store Operators/General Managers. Participants will work alongside experienced leaders and receive hands-on training in every aspect of restaurant operations.
This program is ideal for individuals who want to develop leadership skills, run high-performing teams, and grow into a business leadership role.
What You’ll Do
As an Operator in Training, you will rotate through all aspects of store operations while developing leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning all core restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and food safety
- Developing leadership skills by supervising and coaching team members
- Assisting in managing labor, food cost, and operational performance
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Learning hiring, scheduling, and team development
- Understanding financial drivers of a successful restaurant
- Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations
Over time, OIT participants will take on increasing leadership responsibility with the goal of becoming a Store Operator / General Manager.
