Office Manager (Dental Practice)
We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being at the center of daily operations while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
The primary responsibility of this position is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring patients receive excellent care from check-in through treatment completion. A strong focus of the role includes reviewing treatment plans with patients, explaining financial arrangements, helping patients understand their treatment options, and guiding them through scheduling and financing with confidence.
This is not a behind-the-scenes management position. Our Office Manager is an active member of the front office team, working directly with patients, supporting the front desk, and leading by example. You will coach and develop the team, ensure smooth office flow, monitor key performance metrics, and create a positive, welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
- Help patients navigate insurance benefits and financing options
- Work hands-on at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service
- Lead, coach, and support the administrative team
- Monitor schedules, collections, and office performance
- Ensure an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Maintain efficient systems and workflows while fostering a positive team culture
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of treatment presentation and dental insurance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passion for patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience
- Comfortable working alongside the team and leading by example
If you're a natural leader who enjoys building relationships with patients while driving operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.
