The Math: Breakdown of Your Earning Potential
- Base Pay: $22 - $26 / hour (Starting rate based on your experience).
- OT Multiplier: Earn 1.5x your regular hourly rate for every hour worked over 40.
- Per Diem: We reimburse your meals and incidentals; it’s like eating for free.
- Big Checks: With shifts ranging from 50 to 70 hours a week, 15 to 30 hours of every single paycheck are paid at premium overtime rates.
- Zero Costs: We cover the fleet vehicles, fuel, and travel expenses while you are on the road, meaning you keep more of what you earn.
- Paid Licensing: We pay for your DOT Class B training and medical card, putting a valuable, permanent credential on your resume for free.

What You’ll Do:
You will hit the road to team up with a Lead Plumber and subcontractors at the customer site and help them install cutting-edge plumbing systems all across the country.
- Gear Up: Load the truck at the shop, manage tools, and keep the job site safe and clean.
- Drive & Haul: Hook up the enclosed trailer, hit the highway in our fleet trucks, and manage your digital logbook (GEOTAB).
- Prep & Demo: Help clear out old systems and prep the space for high-efficiency upgrades.
- Build & Install: Work on-site cutting, fitting, and joining copper, PVC, and gas piping (1/4" to 3").
What We Are Looking For:
We need someone sharp, reliable, and ready to work. The ideal candidate understands basic water heating mechanics and how plumbing works. They know their tools and they care about safety.
- Truck / Trailer Skills: You must have real-world experience hauling trailers and driving large vehicles. Safety is Important to Us!
- MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, at least 21 years old and have an insurable MVR.
- Local Talent: Must make the commute to Comstock Park, MI (our hub), and be ready to start ASAP.
- Age & Education: 21+ years old (for fleet insurance) with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1–2 years in commercial plumbing, HVAC, pipefitting, or commercial reconstruction.
- The Basics: Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16", pass a background/MVR check, and clear a DOT physical/drug screen.
Physical Vibes:
This is an active, hands-on role. You will be driving for long stretches, lifting up to 50–75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor/outdoor weather conditions. You need to be comfortable bending, crouching, and working overhead.
