Job Summary
MakingCosmetics Inc has been in business for 28+ years and is looking to hire in our Redmond Ridge office for a Full time Shipping & C/S Specialist. This position will prepare orders for International and Domestic by picking cosmetic ingredients manually, prepare documents and responsible for complete process from beginning to end with excellent follow up and C/S skills. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 with a 30-minute paid lunch and we pay on a monthly basis. · Order fulfillment which includes; picking, packing, palletizing and shipping orders for International & Domestic in order to meet daily quota and department deadlines
· Responsible for closing boxes to ensure finished product is neat and professional
· Processing shipments using shipping software (ship station)
· Verify shipping address, may require following up with customers by email, phone or chat
Assisting and communicating with good follow up to customers by phone, email or chat (this position will work closely with the Customer Service Manager)
Additional Tasks & Responsibilities:
· May assist with physical inventory as needed
· Keep work area clean and free of clutter
· Ensure safety protocols while working in a Warehouse environment
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time
· Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
· Must be able to work in various temperatures in the Warehouse
Minimum Job Requirements:
· 2+ years previous Shipping (small and large packages) & C/S experience
Lead experience a plus!
· Capable of meeting deadlines and providing exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency
· Dependable & Reliable
· Good organizational and time management skills and detail oriented required
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
