Since 2008, our state-of-the-art ABA intervention agency has been committed to providing comprehensive, individualized treatment for children and young adults with autism and behavioral disorders, ages 18 months through 21 years. Our highly motivated, creative, and dedicated providers use gentle, consistent, and evidence-based approaches to help learners become active participants in communication, socialization, and self-management. Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- RBT certification preferred, but not required—we provide support for eligible candidates pursuing certification.
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans
- Collect, record, and graph data accurately during sessions
- Track progress and communicate trends or concerns to supervisors
- Implement skill-building and behavior reduction programs
- Use reinforcement strategies to support engagement and learning
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
- Prepare materials and maintain organized learning environments
- Support learners in home, community, school, and inclusion settings
