Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
- Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety.
- Maintain infection control standards by practicing proper aseptic techniques and managing infectious disease protocols.
- Support patients during transfers and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.Skills
- Proven experience working as a CNA in settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments.
