KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Manchester, NH looking to add an Accounting Manager to the team! This role will be focused in inventory, and job costing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business decisions
- Manage cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with operations to monitor production costs, improve profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise accounting staff and support external audits, tax filings, and other financial reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, macros)
- PowerBI knowledge a plus
Compensation: $120-140k/year plus bonus
