Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Esthetician to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional esthetic services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored treatments, creating a positive and rejuvenating experience. This position is commission only. A 40% commission on all services, add-ons, memberships, packages, etc and a 10% commission on all products sold. This is a 1099 position.
Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic services, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, etc
- Knowledge and experience with Hydrafacial, Morpheus 8, Lumecca, Diolaze (laser hair removal), microneedling, and skin classic
- Conduct thorough patient skin analysis to understand individual concerns and develop personalized plans.
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress, treatment details, and any relevant observations.
- Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
- Stay current with certifications and best practices to continually enhance your skills and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an esthetician with a focus on patient service and assessment.
- Certification or licensure as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice.
- Prior work in med spa or spa setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
- Ability to perform multiple sessions daily while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
- Commitment to ongoing education in massage techniques, industry standards, and health & safety protocols.

Pay: $100.00 - $800.00 per day
