Your mission: keep critical equipment running. Using a connected service platform, you’ll open and assign work orders, manage service intervals, source parts, and access cross-OEM data to zero in on issues fast—wherever the job takes you.
- Champion safety-first practices on all repairs and maintenance.
- Operate laptops/tablets confidently to monitor work orders and document results daily.
- Perform expert maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across diverse rental and customer fleets, exercising a high level of independent judgment.
- Mentor entry-level technicians and support their development.
- Assist with the logistics of equipment and parts pick-up/delivery.
- Deploy to customer sites for field service as needed; maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
- Use real-time data from hundreds of makes and models to speed up diagnostics and determine corrective actions.
- Apply knowledge of OSHA requirements when performing tasks (preferred).
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
