Cromwell Public Schools is looking for Secondary Literacy Coach (grades 6-12). The Literacy Instructional Coach provides support/training to teachers in the implementation of curriculum, instructional practices and assessment. The Literacy Coach will also provide teacher leadership in development of related content area curricula. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Any related content area certification and leadership experience. Intermediate Administration Certification (092) preferred, but not required.
Reports to: PreK-12 Literacy Curriculum Supervisor
WORK YEAR AND SALARY: Salary and benefits per the EAC Teachers Contract. Position will work the teacher's school year (187 days) with an additional 10 days (5 days in the beginning of the year and 5 days at the end of the school year) for a total of 197 school days. Teachers are paid a per diem rate for the additional days.
