Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 4am-5am
Pay: staring pay $21 an hour
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution team. This position is responsible for preparing workstations, packaging products, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Prepare production workstations and materials for daily operations.

Wrap, pack, label, and prepare products according to quality and safety standards.

Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company procedures.

Dispose of waste materials properly.

Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for shipments.

Assist with receiving incoming products and verifying inventory.

Restock products in warehouse, freezer, or storage areas as needed.

Load, unload, and organize materials safely.

Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or food processing experience preferred.

Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (training may be provided).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold environments.

Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and tools.
