### DUTIES
- Exceptional Customer Engagement: Greet restaurant clients warmly and provide expert-level guidance on our premium Japanese product catalog.
- Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce new seasonal items (like premium sake or specialty pantry staples) to help our clients' businesses flourish.
- Vibrant Merchandising: Maintain an organized, visually appealing warehouse and storefront; stock shelves and create displays that showcase the quality of our ingredients.
- Inventory Mastery: Assist with proactive inventory management, participate in stock checks, and ensure new arrivals are processed efficiently.
- Professional Communication: Maintain high-standard phone and digital etiquette when managing inquiries, taking orders, and coordinating logistics.
- Team Leadership Support: Collaborate closely with supervisors during peak hours to ensure daily operations run smoothly and every client leaves satisfied.
