We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for a female client in Hammonton. Duties
- Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health through observation of vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any concerns
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document patient information accurately and securely
- Requirements
- CHHA Certification in New Jersey
- Proven experience in home healthcare environments with a focus on geriatrics or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with home health agency operations, home & community care standards, and compliance with home health regulations
- Excellent patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status and respond appropriately
- Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with strong communication skills for working effectively with clients and their families
