What We're Looking For:
Experienced carpenters who can handle both rough carpentry and siding work. You should be comfortable framing structures, installing various siding/trim materials (vinyl, metal, fiber cement, PVC and wood) and operating the brake.
We need someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and works well with others. If you're strong in one area and willing to develop skills in the other, let's talk.
Your Responsibilities:
- Read and work from blueprints.
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
- Install exterior siding systems with proper weatherproofing and finishing.
- Operate brake machinery to bend and shape metal for custom trim, flashing, and capping.
- Install fabricated trim pieces to provide finished edges and weathertight seals.
- Prep the site daily and maintain organized, safe work areas.
- Work at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
- Jump in to help teammates when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years rough carpentry experience (Required).
- 5+ years siding installation experience (Preferred).
- Able to work at heights.
- Reliable transportation.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate safety gear.
- Driver's License (Preferred)
