Required:
-High school diploma or GED/HSE equivalent education.
-Good attendance and punctuality.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn and retain new skills.
-Basic reading, writing and math skills.
-Basic measuring skills: tape measure, digital calipers, etc.
-Proficient use of basic hand tools, wrenches, rachets, sockets, impacts, etc.
-Supply personal toolbox and hand tools to complete required tasks and repairs.
-Ability to record, document and track time and materials on projects.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for the majority of shift.
-Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety policies.
-Efficient use of time to complete jobs on time and to customer standards.
Preferred:
-Ability to perform diagnostics, tasks, and repairs following customer supplied work instructions.
-Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting of electrical systems, AC systems and hydraulic systems.
Work Description:
-Perform new commercial vehicle inspections and verify products meet customer standards.
-Repair or replace damaged/defective parts on new commercial vehicles
-Test vehicles to verify repairs are accurately completed
-Willing to train the right individual if not experienced with commercial vehicle repairs
