We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our Accounting team with payables, receivables, vendor management, and financial reporting. A great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career looking for broad, hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process AP transactions (freight, duties, leases, utilities) and accurately code invoices to GL accounts

Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies

Support AR functions, cash receipts, and chargeback processing

Assist with month-end close, bank/credit card reconciliations, and Sales & Use Tax filings

Assist with annual 1099 filings and physical inventory counts

Collaborate cross-functionally with AR, Marketing, and National Account customers

Other duties as required
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the office 5 days a week

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–2 years of accounting experience or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience a plus

Knowledge of tariffs and U.S. Customs filings preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
