We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Shift Leader/ Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, fast-paced, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during daily operations
- Provide friendly, exceptional customer service
- Ensure pretzels and other products are prepared consistently and according to company standards
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily sales responsibilities
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Train, coach, and schedule employees
- Address customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor store performance and help achieve sales goals
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Assist with daily food preparation and serving as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, retail, food service, or supervisory experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as required
- Must be available to work [weekends/evenings/holidays, if applicable]
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
