JOB Under the general direction of a supervisor, provide instruction, supervision, and support for youth programming. Instructors will deliver engaging, structured activities while supporting program operations, safety, and scheduling. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Provide instruction and training in assigned program areas

Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organized program environment.

Assist with daily program operations, including attendance, scheduling, and activity setup.

Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and supervisors.

Follow all Recreation Department policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience working with youth in an educational, recreational, or program setting preferred.

Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule.
