Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist (IT)
Behavior Frontiers, LLC is a leading agency providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to help children with autism and other special needs reach their full potential. We are seeking an energetic and career-minded individual to join our fast-paced team in El Segundo, CA.
Position: Technical Support Specialist (IT)
Type: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week)
Location: El Segundo, CA Rate: $25-$30 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:

Serve as Service Desk support for all service requests/tickets.

Provide end-user technical support, including troubleshooting and administration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and telephony.

Coordinate preparation and installation of new computing equipment and upgrade/repair existing equipment.

Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and logical troubleshooting.

Document steps taken to resolve issues and fulfill requests in incident diary entries, knowledge base, and wiki articles.

Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software, phones, cell phones, and printers.

Collaborate with employees, consultants, and vendors to maintain standards and functionality.

Assist with IT projects/tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in a related area (network management, help desk support).

Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS, MS productivity software, CPU/Networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, iOS, and Android.

Critical thinker and problem-solver with strong organizational skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Self-starter, energetic, and meticulous attention to detail.
