Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling financial transactions.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel services and local attractions using excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy levels, and incident logs for management review.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and courteously, fostering a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain multi-line phone systems and handle incoming calls with clarity and professionalism in multiple languages if applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and accounting procedures related to night audits.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred, especially in roles involving guest relations or front desk functions.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems to manage guest inquiries smoothly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment that values attention to detail and proactive service.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
